About the role

The Financial Administrative Manager will lead the local finance and administration function, ensuring reliable, timely information that supports sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, month‑end closings and management reports.
• Manage cash, payments, receivables, working capital, debt and cash‑flow stabilization with proactive discipline.
• Ensure compliance with tax, commercial, sanitary, environmental, labor and municipal obligations.
• Implement controls and continuous‑improvement processes to reduce errors, rework and reliance on single individuals.
• Build and lead a high‑performance accounting‑administrative team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Preferred master’s or specialization in Finance, Administration, Taxation or related areas.
• At least five years of experience in finance, accounting and administration.
• Minimum three years in a supervisory or managerial role leading teams.
• Proven experience in financial closings, reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax, audit and internal controls.
• Experience with financial turn‑around, restructuring and bank negotiations.
• Experience implementing or migrating ERP systems.
• Preferred background in multinationals, distribution or imports and English level B2.
