Full Stack Technical Lead

About the role

Encore Capital Group is looking for a driven and experienced full stack technical lead to guide the design, development and delivery of software applications with large, complex scope. The role also acts as a mentor to junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture
• Define and drive best practices for coding and standards for CI/CD
• Maintain and enhance software applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering or a similar field
• Experience as a technical leader for full stack applications
• 7+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years of programming experience
• Hands-on experience setting up and using CI/CD, cloud infrastructure and architecture
• Modern web development experience is a must; bilingual B2+ preferred

Required skills

• Modern web frameworks such as React or Angular
• Modern backend frameworks such as Spring Boot or NestJS
• AWS or other cloud platforms
• SQL databases (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, DB2) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB, Redis)
• Design patterns and architecture, Agile (Scrum) and test-driven development
• DevOps culture and strong communication skills
