Full Stack Developer – Level IV (Java/React/JavaScript)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Costa Rica team and help build modern supply‑chain and warehouse‑management platforms. You will work on end‑to‑end solutions using Java, React and a range of cloud technologies, delivering high‑performance, scalable applications that support critical logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reusable components for web and backend services.
• Write automated tests, debug issues and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming and retrospectives.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting with tools such as New Relic and Splunk.
• Containerize applications and manage deployments on Kubernetes clusters.
• Build and optimize cloud‑native services on AWS (and GCP) and integrate event streaming with Kafka.
• Lead platform upgrades, migrations and infrastructure updates with minimal downtime.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.
