Full Stack Developer – Level III (React/JavaScript/Go)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Level III) with a strong front‑end focus to join our Costa Rica team. You will work on modern supply‑chain and warehouse‑management platforms, building scalable, high‑performance solutions that run in cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver software features that meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with local squads and partner teams on architecture and implementation.
• Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, regression) to ensure quality and security.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and performance tuning.
• Identify and resolve security and performance issues, applying best‑practice coding standards.
• Support on‑call triage tasks and contribute to incident resolution.
• Utilize Claude Code and other approved AI tools in daily development workflows.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Passion for clean code, innovation, and continuous learning.

Required skills

• React, Redux, Node.js, TypeScript for modern web UI development.
• Golang (Go) for building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., S3) and basic Kubernetes.
• Test automation at unit, integration, and regression levels.
• GitHub CI/CD pipelines and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic.
• Use of AI‑assisted development tools like Claude Code.
