Frontend Engineer (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to design and build intuitive, high‑performance web applications in a fully remote, contract‑based setting. The role focuses on delivering seamless user experiences while collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and optimise applications for speed and scalability.
• Implement frontend engineering best practices, conduct code reviews and support continuous integration pipelines.
• Translate complex requirements into clean, reusable code components.
• Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user satisfaction.
