Frontend Developer (Remote) – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this fully remote, asynchronous role you will evaluate AI-generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve AI model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best-practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction-following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer-science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI-generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid-level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Eligibility to work legally in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
