Front-End Developer, React & AEM Headless

About the role

We are looking for a Front‑End Developer to join an Amazon Ads project, focusing on implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Headless with React. The role involves creating reusable React components that consume content via GraphQL and delivering responsive, high‑performance user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reusable React components that fetch Headless AEM content through GraphQL queries.
• Write and optimise GraphQL queries for efficient content retrieval from Adobe Experience Manager.
• Translate Figma designs and wireframes into fully styled, responsive React components and AEM markup (Touch UI Dialog, HTL/Sightly, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Implement state‑management solutions using Redux, Context API or similar patterns.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Creative, UX, Analytics, QA and Technology teams.
• Follow AEM headless implementation standards and front‑end best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot and optimise applications across browsers and devices.
• Maintain technical documentation, development standards and provide accurate task estimates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional front‑end development experience, including work with AEM and React.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 level).
• Immediate availability preferred and ability to work on a UTC‑6 schedule.
