FP&A Analyst – Service Finance

About the role

Teradyne is looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to act as a trusted finance partner for its Service teams in Europe and the United States. The role will provide actionable financial insights, support strategic decision‑making and lead automation initiatives to improve reporting and forecasting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance liaison to Service leaders, building strong relationships and delivering financial guidance.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual variance analysis for revenue, margin and expense performance across Service teams.
• Develop and maintain regional performance dashboards and KPI monitoring tools.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities in reporting, forecasting and analytical workflows.
• Partner with IT and analytics teams to design or enhance finance tools and standardize global finance processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior financial analyst in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence decision‑making.
• Track record of delivering strategic analysis and hands‑on execution.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate financial data into clear recommendations.
