Accountant – Cost Accounting (Operations Finance)

About the role

The incumbent will support finance operations in a manufacturing environment, focusing on cost accounting, inventory control, and financial system maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly cost accounting audits across Operations and Oncology.
• Maintain cycle count controls, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory reporting.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, track capital expenditures, and manage freight expense coding.
• Process blood billing activities, reconcile accounts, and post daily revenue entries for Oncology.
• Support and maintain master data, engineering change orders, and weekly Oracle accounting processes.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems, including Hyperion, Oracle E‑Business Suite and Oracle Process Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and advanced worksheet manipulation.
