Food & Beverage Server / Salonero

About the role

Hilton is looking for a Server (Salonero) to bring warmth and hospitality to every guest. The role covers food and beverage service, order taking and delivery, and keeping the food service station tidy and compliant with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and proactively make their meal experience special
• Learn the menu, promotions and specials so you can answer guests' questions confidently
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system and deliver completed orders promptly
• Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean and organised
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/server in a hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment (preferred)
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to take orders accurately and serve food and beverages professionally
• Valid food handler's certificate
• Forbes training or experience is a plus
