Entertainment Agent - Kids & Teens Club

About the role

Hilton is looking for an Entertainment Agent to run its kids and teens club. The role brings the warmth of hospitality to every guest by delivering fun and safe, memorable experiences for children and teenagers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly, register and collect payment from participants, and respond promptly to requests
• Supervise and assist children in hotel-sponsored camp and club activities such as arts and crafts, story time, swimming and hiking
• Monitor children closely and carry out all activities in line with federal, state, local and company guidelines

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in entertainment, recreation or customer service preferred
• Ability to interact with guests of different ages and nationalities
• Knowledge of arts, crafts and creative activities is an advantage
