About the role
The Financial Reporting Analyst supports financial reporting and analysis for the U.S. Advanced Wound Management division. This entry‑level position focuses on Gross‑to‑Net (GTN) processes such as chargebacks, rebates, distribution fees and returns, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and timely net sales reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Create and update GTN rebate rates for the AWM franchise and review actual rates against estimates.
- Analyze the impact of business decisions on GTN and propose rate adjustments with clear rationale.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess new product or model changes and validate associated GTN rates.
- Respond to internal and external audit queries related to GTN processes.
- Review monthly GTN accruals versus estimations and explain variances.
- Perform chargeback and DSA fee analysis to ensure accurate payments.
- Execute quarterly chargeback reconciliation, coordinating with the rebate finance area.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career finance professional.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across finance, accounting, accounts receivable and commercial teams.
- Good communication skills to explain complex GTN concepts.
