Financial Data Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Data Operations Specialist to help financial professionals leverage generative AI for automation and insight generation. In this role you will design prompt‑based solutions, create output templates and support client adoption of AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine prompts to optimise generative AI outputs for diverse automation use cases.
• Collaborate with clients to drive adoption of Gen‑AI tools, providing timely assistance and addressing specific needs.
• Design and implement output templates tailored to various financial analysis scenarios.
• Provide feedback to product and technology teams to enhance the Gen‑AI platform.
• Monitor advances in generative AI and propose new automation ideas.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience with generative AI tools, prompt engineering or automation solutions.
• Familiarity with financial documents such as 10‑K filings or annual reports is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
