Financial Controller – Consolidation

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Controller – Consolidation to ensure that operating‑unit level actuals, forecasts and outlooks are consolidated consistently, accurately and with robust governance. The role supports decision‑making by delivering high‑quality financial information and strengthening financial integrity across the operating unit.

Key responsibilities

• Own the OU‑level consolidation of actuals, forecasts and plans, delivering complete and accurate P&L, balance sheet and key metrics.
• Coordinate resolution of consolidation issues, eliminations and inter‑market dependencies.
• Provide OU‑level controllership oversight, ensuring consistent financial reviews and sound judgment.
• Orchestrate the financial close process across the OU and partner with market controllers and compliance leads.
• Report OU financial results in full compliance with accounting standards, best practices and regulations.
• Act as escalation point for financial risks, estimates and material judgments.
• Drive a strong controllership culture and ensure strong control over transaction activity aligned with global processes.
• Own OU‑level management reporting and analytics packs, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with FPCRA principles.
