Financial Analyst – Operations Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join Lutron’s Operations Finance team. The role supports monthly financial forecasting for Cost of Goods Sold and contributes to the Corporate Finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver accurate consolidated monthly and quarterly financial forecasts for manufacturing operations, incorporating key business drivers and cross‑functional inputs.
• Analyze operating expenses, capital expenditures and related metrics to validate forecast accuracy and identify trends.
• Evaluate financial implications, risks and opportunities of strategic initiatives and operational decisions proposed by plant leadership.
• Prepare and present monthly variance analyses comparing actual results to forecasts, offering insights and recommendations to Operations leadership.
• Collaborate with plant accounting teams during the monthly close process to ensure financial accuracy, integrity and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting with monthly reporting responsibility.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
