Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will own key operational workstreams that enable renewal execution, partnering with Renewals leadership, Sales, and integration teams on M&A‑related renewals activity. This highly visible position supports Finance leadership and senior executives by ensuring accurate account assignment, monitoring renewal health, and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Streamline and improve financial renewal reporting, identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Support monthly reporting, rolling forecasts, and annual budgeting in line with Corporate FP&A timelines.
• Collaborate with department leads and cross‑company finance and operational teams.
• Analyze results against plan, highlight trends, risks, and opportunities, and advise corrective actions.
• Present analysis to the CEO, CFO, Board of Directors, and senior management.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• Experience managing operating expenses and budgets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to C‑level executives.
• Self‑starter with high attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s preferred).
