Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to support the organization’s financial operations through billing, collections, financial reporting, and analysis. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and reliable financial data that drives business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end billing, ensure invoices are accurate and issued on time, and process adjustments such as credit notes.
• Maintain billing records, reconcile invoices with accounting data, and monitor accounts receivable.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices, maintain aging reports, and support cash‑flow planning.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, analyze revenue and profitability trends, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop dashboards, ad‑hoc analyses, and identify opportunities to improve financial processes.
• Support month‑end close activities, reconciliations, and audit requests.
• Collaborate with accounting and other business units to ensure financial accuracy and participate in process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, billing, collections, or financial analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience with ERP systems (a plus).
