About the role
The FP&A Financial Analyst supports the Business Unit or Center of Excellence by delivering insightful financial analysis, preparing forecasts, and helping the organization achieve its short‑ and long‑term strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct moderately complex financial analyses and prepare reports for department management.
- Develop and analyze financial forecasts, supporting the annual budgeting process, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting.
- Analyze profitability of customers, products, and business units and drive results.
- Collaborate with Management and Sales teams to track pipeline opportunities and produce accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitor and report on process‑improvement initiatives.
- Review suspense reports regularly and take actions to clear transactions.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in finance/accounting, specifically in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- 2+ years of advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience, including financial modeling and what‑if scenarios.
- Solid understanding of profit and loss statements, accounting principles, and financial forecasting.
