Finance Analyst – Operations Finance (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Operations Finance team on a fully remote basis. The role supports manufacturing and supply‑chain functions by delivering accurate financial reporting, month‑end billing, and insightful analysis to drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting activities.
• Develop financial models and ad‑hoc analyses for operational initiatives.
• Partner with Operations Finance leadership to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and process monthly customer invoices for Time & Materials projects, ensuring completeness and contract compliance.
• Reconcile project costs, resolve billing discrepancies, and monitor unbilled receivables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting or operations finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Financial modeling and forecasting.
