FastTrack Migration Subject Matter Expert

About the role

The FastTrack Migration SME will partner with customers, field teams, partners and delivery stakeholders to accelerate migration and modernization to Microsoft 365. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding organizations through discovery, planning, execution and adoption of cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex migrations from Google Workspace, Exchange, File Shares, Box, Dropbox and cross‑tenant environments to Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online).
• Design migration strategies, create scalable plans, optimise migration velocity and minimise business disruption.
• Coordinate with customers, delivery teams, partners and field stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle, providing proactive communication and risk management.
• Develop reusable migration methodologies, playbooks and technical artifacts for FastTrack and partner teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of technical consulting, IT administration, project or customer‑success management, preferably with Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Experience delivering migration projects and influencing diverse stakeholders in virtual teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 migration tools and methodologies.
• Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online.
• Google Workspace, Box, Dropbox migration experience.
• FastTrack Engineering collaboration and migration best‑practice implementation.
