About the role

Full‑Time, Remote (Costa Rica‑based) C‑ServGlobal enterprises are turning to F5 Distributed Cloud to secure their multi‑cloud future — and we're building a permanent, remote‑first delivery team in Costa Rica to help deliver it. This is a full‑time role on C‑Serv's own books, offering real ownership, client relationships, and a long‑term seat on our F5 practice.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy F5 Distributed Cloud (XC) solutions across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Deliver secure application networking, API protection (WAAP), and DDoS mitigation for enterprise customers globally.
• Automate deployment and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
• Own the technical relationship with clients directly, providing proactive guidance beyond execution.

Required profile

• Hands‑on F5 Distributed Cloud (XC) experience, or deep F5 BIG‑IP / WAAP / API security experience with the ability to ramp fast.
• Strong networking and security fundamentals – BGP, DNS, IPSec, firewalls, routing.
• Kubernetes and cloud‑native (AWS/Azure/GCP) exposure.
• Must be based in, and remain based in, Costa Rica for the duration of employment.
• Strong written and verbal communication to work across time zones with distributed teams and clients.
