Experienced Production Planner

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Experienced Production Planner to join its MedTech and Cardiovascular manufacturing teams in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role focuses on ensuring a continuous, controlled flow of raw materials and aligning production schedules with business demand.

Key responsibilities

• Publish detailed weekly production programs that align with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and capacity constraints.
• Generate, print, and monitor work orders for all relevant work centers.
• Track raw‑material availability and coordinate with supply‑chain partners to prevent shortages.
• Monitor inventory levels throughout the production cycle and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local regulations and Johnson & Johnson corporate procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with limited supervision while adhering to corporate guidelines.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
