Experienced Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join its MedTech Orthopaedics team in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role will support the development and production of next‑generation orthopaedic solutions, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering smarter, less invasive treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute CNC manufacturing processes and ensure product quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain and product development teams to optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Support the planned separation of the Orthopaedics business into the standalone DePuy Synthes entity.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CNC manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of MedTech or orthopaedic product environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, global team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
