About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in both professional and personal capacities. The role requires meticulous calendar management, seamless communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s global calendar, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and briefing materials.
- Act as the primary liaison for high‑priority client relationships, screen inbound interest, schedule conversations, and track business opportunities.
- Handle the CEO’s mail, email, and phone communications, drafting responses and ensuring confidential information flow.
- Organize domestic and international travel, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including light project coordination and document management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with all sensitive company, client, and personal materials.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of full‑time experience supporting C‑suite executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proven relationship‑management experience, such as sales support or stakeholder management.
- Strong organizational abilities with a track record of handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Required skills
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Expert proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Experience using LinkedIn for professional networking.
- Familiarity with virtual conferencing tools.
- Competence with email management systems.
