About the role

This senior position within the Implementation Services team is responsible for executing operational and administrative activities that support the Learning Strategy across a specific cluster, product, or function. The role combines deep disciplinary knowledge with strong analytical and diplomatic skills to drive learning initiatives that align with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of learning programs, including logistics for virtual and in‑person events, communications, LMS administration, course creation, enrollment, roster management, and speaker scheduling.
• Partner with Learning Advisors and Program Managers to identify, prioritize, and implement L&D opportunities that support business outcomes.
• Analyze current versus future state learning gaps, determine root causes, propose solutions, and define success metrics.
• Market, evaluate, and communicate the impact of learning initiatives to HR and business partners.
• Monitor progress, report updates to stakeholders, and manage variations in expectations.
• Coach and train new recruits, and regularly assume informal or formal leadership within teams.

Required profile

• Seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning operations, risk, and controls.
• Strong analytical ability to filter, prioritize, and validate complex information from multiple sources.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, capable of influencing decisions and providing counsel.
• Proven leadership experience, including coaching and informal team leadership.
