About the role

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, monitor and optimise digital advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role combines deep knowledge of major ad platforms with data‑driven analysis to meet business and communication objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, X and other programmatic tools.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring strategic allocation of spend.
• Track performance, generate analytical reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Set up conversions, events, audiences and measurement frameworks using analytics tools.
• Develop segmentation and optimisation strategies based on audience behaviour and campaign goals.
• Consult internal and external clients, understand their needs and propose data‑backed solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with multidisciplinary teams and stay updated on platform updates and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Economics or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns for multiple clients or brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads (certifications a plus).
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
• Understanding of conversion funnels, audience segmentation, attribution and performance metrics.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft 365.
