Entry-level Customer Service Representative

About the role

This hybrid customer service position provides timely, empathetic support to customers via phone, email and chat. It is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual with 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience who enjoys solving problems and collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries across phone, email and chat, maintaining a calm, solution‑focused approach.
• Investigate and resolve issues, document findings and deliver clear resolutions that align with company policies.
• Record every interaction accurately in the CRM system to enable follow‑up and data‑driven improvements.
• Work with operations, billing and product support teams to address complex cases and ensure timely responses.
• Follow defined workflows, service‑level targets and escalation paths to meet performance metrics.
• Guide customers on product features, processes and self‑service options to reduce repeat contacts.
• Monitor open cases and pending actions to ensure no request is overlooked.
• Adapt communication style to diverse customer profiles and maintain the company’s tone of voice.
• Provide feedback on common issues to improve knowledge‑base content and SOPs.
• Adhere to data‑privacy, security and compliance requirements.
• Participate in team huddles, training sessions and performance reviews.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in a dedicated customer service role.
