Entry Level Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, energetic Entry Level Sales Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The successful candidate will support our U.S. market, working in a fast‑paced environment with clear pathways for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls using an automated dialing system.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Engage prospects, gather information from business owners and decision‑makers, and deliver compelling sales pitches.
• Build strong relationships, guide prospects through the sales process, and support customer activation.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and maintain accurate activity records.

Required profile

• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or related fields (preferred).
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
