About the role

The Hospital Internacional La Católica is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse with a focus on Neonatology to provide comprehensive care for children and adolescents across multiple hospital units. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Guadalupe and involves close collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs for pediatric and adolescent patients.
• Administer medications and deliver age‑specific clinical care, including neonatal interventions.
• Develop, implement, and follow individualized care plans in coordination with the medical team.
• Communicate clearly with patients’ families, providing education and support.
• Assist in medical procedures and prepare patients for diagnostic tests.
• Maintain safe operation of clinical equipment and adhere to infection‑control standards.

Required profile

• Registered nursing degree with an active license.
• Solid academic background in nursing and practical experience in general health care.
• Specialized knowledge in pediatric and neonatal care, preferably supported by postgraduate training.
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
