Employee Experience Coordinator

About the role

The Employee Experience Coordinator supports CooperSurgical’s Global People Services team by handling case‑management requests, ensuring accurate data entry, and contributing to continuous‑improvement initiatives. This position works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely HR services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate incoming case‑management requests using established work‑allocation protocols.
• Complete assigned Global Case Management tasks accurately within SLA targets.
• Communicate with stakeholders via email, phone, or video to resolve inquiries and process employee data changes.
• Identify and correct data input or process errors in HRIS systems.
• Support development and activation of process‑optimization plans and global programs delivered through Centers of Expertise.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving department effectiveness.

Required profile

• Ability to consistently follow established HR processes and policies.
• Basic understanding of data management in HCM systems, preferably Oracle HCM.
• Current knowledge of employment‑related regulations relevant to the assigned region.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Required skills

• Oracle HCM (or comparable HRIS platform).
• Data management within HR information systems.
