Employee Area Attendant

About the role
The Employee Area Attendant (HSK Runner) supports daily operations at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo. You will ensure guest requests are delivered promptly and assist Room Attendants with their operational needs during both morning and evening shifts. The role follows all resort procedures and contributes to a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests and supplies efficiently across the resort.
- Provide operational support to Room Attendants during AM and PM service periods.
- Handle internal deliveries and coordinate with housekeeping teams.
- Adhere to resort standards, safety protocols, and service procedures.
- Maintain flexibility to adjust shifts and days off as required by operational needs.
Required profile
- Strong teamwork attitude and willingness to collaborate.
- Basic English proficiency (desirable).
- Excellent customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
