About the role

The company is seeking a technology‑focused Sales Executive to expand its channel network and acquire new B2B customers across Latin America. The role involves prospecting, consulting, and closing deals for hardware and software solutions in telecom, cybersecurity, cloud, and related fields.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a network of distributors, integrators, and resellers in both public and private sectors.
• Identify and prospect new corporate accounts, opening markets in Costa Rica and the wider region.
• Manage full consultative sales cycles, from opportunity registration to contract signing.
• Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and pipeline reports.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience selling technology solutions.
• Proven track record in channel development and prospecting.
• Experience with telecom, fiber optics, POL networks, cybersecurity, video surveillance, or cloud services is desirable.
• Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license (B1) and personal vehicle are mandatory.
• Preferably residing in Escazú or nearby San José.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced use of CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with presentation tools and video‑conferencing platforms.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and commercial prospecting tools.
• Ability to generate pipeline reports and use commercial intelligence databases.
