Director General de la División de Manufactura

About the role

Fulzer is expanding its custom manufacturing capabilities and seeks a senior leader to head the Manufacturing Division. The division combines stainless‑steel and millwork production with design, technical budgeting, quality, and installation coordination. The role reports directly to General Management and is responsible for the division’s P&L, capacity, quality, and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the operational strategy, managing budget, costs, margins and overall division results.
• Validate technical feasibility, materials, processes, finishes and assembly capacity before project commitment.
• Plan demand, capacity and production sequencing, manage bottlenecks and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Lead Production, Production Design, Technical Budgeting and administrative support, integrating planning and quality functions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Furniture & Finishes, Engineering, Installation, Finance, Purchasing and Inventory teams to meet client commitments.
• Ensure disciplined use of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for orders, BOMs, routings, times, consumptions, costs and inventories.
• Drive continuous improvement, root‑cause analysis, and manufacturing standards to reduce rework and waste.
• Develop multidisciplinary leaders and teams, clarifying responsibilities and promoting safety.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale manufacturing operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong industrial knowledge of stainless‑steel and custom millwork production.
• Ability to translate business strategy into operational and financial plans.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills in critical client situations.
