Digital Planner II

About the role

LightForce is seeking a Digital Planner II to support the digital orthodontic workflow. In this position you will handle case detailing and planning with limited supervision, applying LightForce’s AI‑driven platform to deliver patient‑specific orthodontic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Complete case detailing and planning tasks independently.
• Identify and resolve common setup issues.
• Incorporate feedback to improve clinical accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in team reviews, calibration sessions and share best practices.
• Manage the full case lifecycle from scan to manufacturing for straightforward cases.
• Escalate complex cases to senior staff as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD design or orthodontic treatment planning.
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures independently.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative.
• Basic understanding of orthodontic clinical concepts and workflows.
