About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing for multiple fast‑growing brands. You will act as a one‑person digital agency, owning the full paid‑media funnel from strategy to execution.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Develop data‑driven strategies focused on lead generation, customer‑acquisition cost efficiency and revenue growth.
- Conduct conversion‑rate optimisation through A/B testing, landing‑page improvements and full‑funnel analysis.
- Track, analyse and report performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and scalable wins.
- Collaborate with brand and content teams to ensure creative alignment and consistent messaging.
- Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends, tools and best practices.
Required profile
- 5+ years of proven performance‑marketing experience, including paid search, paid social and CRO.
- Track record of managing campaigns for multiple brands or verticals.
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward experimentation and measurable results.
- Self‑starter able to work independently and prioritize across projects.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
