Digital Marketing Advisor (San José)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Digital Marketing Advisory Senior Analyst to join its team in San José. The role supports the development and execution of marketing strategies while contributing to the management of digital projects and initiatives. It involves analyzing complex business challenges, collaborating with internal teams and interacting with clients and Accenture leadership as needed, with a good level of autonomy and the possibility of coordinating small workstreams or project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and digital initiatives.
• Analyze business and marketing challenges and identify actionable solutions.
• Coordinate and support digital projects, ensuring effective execution and collaboration across teams.
• Work closely with peers, stakeholders, clients and Accenture management.
• Manage day-to-day responsibilities independently and adapt to new assignments and priorities.
• Contribute to or oversee small workstreams and team efforts.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field is preferred.
• Availability to work in San José and flexibility to work rotational shifts when required.
• Previous experience coordinating small projects, workstreams or teams is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience developing, supporting or executing marketing strategies and digital initiatives.
• Digital project management experience, including coordination of activities, stakeholders, timelines and deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• English at B2 level or above.
