About the role
We are looking for a proactive Digital Management & Operations Coordinator to support our leadership team and keep daily operations running smoothly. The role is fully remote and combines executive assistance, vendor coordination, website management and basic marketing content creation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s inbox, flag high‑priority messages and coordinate calendars, meetings and follow‑ups.
- Research and maintain a searchable database of nationwide vendors, including steel suppliers, erection crews and specialty construction providers.
- Update product listings on WordPress, upload and optimise photos using Adobe Photoshop, and keep product descriptions current.
- Organise project photos and videos, create simple marketing videos for social media and maintain digital media libraries.
- Coordinate deliveries, track shipments, support logistics and assist with internal reporting.
- Perform data entry, organise digital files and handle recurring administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Previous experience in executive support, operations coordination, administrative or vendor coordination.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable researching vendors and managing large data sets.
