Digital Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud & AI Platforms

About the role

As a Digital Cloud Solutions Architect (DCSA) for Cloud & AI Platforms, you will be a customer-facing technical leader who helps organizations realize business value from Microsoft Azure and AI technologies. You work with customers, partners, account teams and technical decision makers to understand their priorities and environments, design cloud architectures, remove blockers and accelerate adoption of Microsoft Cloud solutions. The role combines broad Azure architecture expertise with deeper knowledge in one or more Cloud & AI areas such as AI and agents, applications, data and analytics, infrastructure, databases, security and modernization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver cloud architectures aligned with customer business and technical requirements across Microsoft Azure and Cloud & AI solutions.
• Lead pilots, proofs of concept, demonstrations and architecture design sessions that prove technical capabilities and business value.
• Identify, troubleshoot, escalate and help resolve technical challenges that delay customer implementation.
• Partner with customers and sales teams to identify new workloads, define success metrics and set implementation milestones.
• Build trusted relationships with customer technical leaders and collaborate with sales, engineering, product, support and partner teams.
• Customize and deliver technical demonstrations across Microsoft technologies.
• Share architecture best practices, mentor peers and contribute technical insights internally and externally.
• Lead workshops, presentations and webinars to educate customers and teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, and 4+ years of experience in technical architecture, consulting, design and implementation and/or technical sales; or relevant Microsoft or competitor certifications with 3+ years of experience; or 5+ years of experience; or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish, able to communicate with customers, executives and stakeholders in writing and verbally.
• Preferred: 8+ years of experience or equivalent, and proficiency in Portuguese.
