Demand Planner (ITP & IBP)

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for a Demand Planning Specialist to lead and strengthen the demand planning process across the region. The role connects short-term commercial and operational decisions with the mid- and long-term business plan, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, Customer Logistics and other stakeholders. It also owns the statistical demand baseline and its continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive the weekly ITP and monthly IBP planning cycles, keeping short-term demand aligned with the business plan
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning and Customer Logistics teams and improve planning routines and governance
• Build, maintain and improve the statistical demand baseline, analyze demand patterns and sales trends, and monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory and service levels
• Configure and maintain o9 and SAP planning parameters, master data and forecasting models, and troubleshoot data issues; partner with IT and global planning teams on data integrity
• Identify demand and supply risks, support mitigation plans and help reduce supply chain losses and optimize inventory
• Align forecasts with regional and international finished-goods supply sources and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support demand planning, waste management, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of IBP, ITP and/or S&OP processes
• Fluent English and Spanish; supply chain certification is a plus
