About the role
Arbolus is seeking a hands‑on Delivery Manager to lead the Costa Rica hub as it scales from 25 to over 100 staff. Working closely with the Head of Professional Services & Operations, you will translate strategic goals into day‑to‑day operational excellence for the US market.
Key responsibilities
- Run, optimise and scale daily operations of the Costa Rica hub.
- Oversee delivery performance, ensuring quality, speed and volume targets are met across all US client segments.
- Lead, mentor and develop middle‑management and team‑lead roles as headcount grows.
- Implement capacity and resource planning to match demand.
- Embed consulting‑grade execution standards throughout the team.
Required profile
- Proven operator with experience in top‑tier strategy consulting firms, Big Four advisory divisions, or senior capability hubs serving institutional financial markets.
- Strong management capability to build a high‑performance delivery culture.
- Hands‑on approach with the ability to translate high‑level strategy into operational actions.
