About the role

Granicus is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to improve predictability and visibility across its Permitting, Compliance, and Licensing (PCL) implementation portfolio. The role serves as the central hub between Project Managers and Technical Implementation Consultants, ensuring smooth, on‑time delivery for government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Track milestones, implementation timelines, and risks for multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain and enhance operational delivery processes, reporting dashboards, and tracking methodologies.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication and escalation of issues to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Provide transparent updates on implementation health, dependencies, and delivery impacts.
• Drive accountability for timelines, risk mitigation, and execution quality.
