Data & Reporting Analyst (BDR Program)

About the role

Experian is looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to support its Business Development Representative (BDR) program. The analyst interprets data, analyzes results and provides actionable insights to help decision-making, works closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and presents findings clearly. The role reports to the Senior Director of Sales and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage BDR performance reporting, covering conversion rates, pipeline generated, attainment and campaign performance.
• Create visually appealing, interactive dashboards, reports and presentations.
• Field ad hoc reporting requests from Sales Operations, Sales leadership and adjacent teams.
• Document data definitions and lineage so reporting logic is consistent and repeatable.
• Prepare and maintain clean, structured datasets that support AI and automation use cases.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance readouts to BDRs and sales leadership.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to turn data into clear recommendations for sales leaders.
• Nice to have: experience working with other SDR/BDR or sales functions.

Required skills

• Salesforce reporting and dashboard building.
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Comfortable using AI tools and workflows.
