Data Quality Analyst – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Data Quality Analyst to work remotely on a contract basis. In this role you will ensure that large volumes of structured and unstructured data meet our high standards for accuracy, consistency, and privacy.

Key responsibilities

• Review extensive datasets for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and flag data quality issues, inconsistencies, and potential PII risks.
• Annotate, classify, and redact sensitive information to maintain compliance.
• Follow established guidelines for data categorization and validation.
• Conduct QA checks to verify data integrity and validate outputs.
• Maintain detailed records of reviewed documents and actions for traceability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or data classification.
• Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with handling and protecting Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings.
• Ability to follow complex guidelines and adhere to established taxonomies.
• Experience performing QA or validation work on large data sets.
