Data Analytics III

About the role

Propelus® is looking for a Data Analytics III to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive decision‑making across the company. You will work independently on projects, partnering with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to build and maintain robust data pipelines and analytics solutions that support our healthcare compliance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to ingest data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
• Build and optimise data models that meet reporting and analytical requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists to deploy machine‑learning models and analytical tools.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot integrity issues, and implement data testing frameworks.
• Document data lineage, metadata, and best‑practice coding standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and integrate new data technologies and tools.
• Participate in code reviews and drive continuous improvement of data processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and data‑warehousing services (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Hands‑on experience with ETL tools like Apache Airflow and dbt.
• Solid understanding of data modelling principles and data‑warehouse architecture.
