Data Analyst – Business Intelligence

About the role

The Data Analyst will design and deliver end‑to‑end business intelligence solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights. Working primarily with Databricks for data preparation and Power BI for visualisation, you will ensure that dashboards are performant, user‑friendly, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, transform, and model data in Databricks to support analytical needs.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data quality.
• Monitor and optimise the performance of BI solutions.
• Document data pipelines, dashboard logic, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering BI solutions in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business questions into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
