Cybersecurity Automation & Continuous Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Cybersecurity Automation & Continuous Compliance Analyst will support TD SYNNEX's continuous compliance program by building automated, AI‑enhanced solutions that monitor and report on security controls. This role blends cloud engineering, DevOps, and cybersecurity expertise to reduce manual effort and increase visibility across critical business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrations between cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, asset management and governance platforms.
• Design and implement automated workflows that collect, validate and report on control effectiveness.
• Leverage APIs, scripting and AI capabilities to minimise manual compliance tasks.
• Support continuous control monitoring across technology environments and create dashboards and metrics for risk visibility.
• Review cloud and Infrastructure‑as‑Code deployments for alignment with security requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud engineering, DevOps or related technical fields.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
