Customer Support Representative – Inbound Calls

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Customer Support Representative to handle inbound inquiries across all client divisions. You will capture accurate customer information, document issues, and provide timely resolutions while supporting the company’s AI‑driven service initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of customer inquiries and complaints received via phone.
• Share new products and services with customers to meet their requirements.
• Respond to internal business‑partner and external customer inquiries, providing resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Tri­age inquiries to the correct teams for further handling.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and completely using the designated applications.

Required profile

• Technical High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in a call‑center, order‑entry, or customer‑service role.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work both independently and within a team.
