Customer Success Manager – Healthcare Platform

About the role

We are seeking a relationship‑driven Customer Success Manager to own the core of our business – the connections between physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants on the Single Aim platform. This role goes beyond traditional support; you will act as a matchmaker, problem‑solver and trusted peer for our clinical partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for physicians, NPs and PAs, from sign‑up through successful matching.
• Vet new providers, understand practice needs and guide them through collaborative agreements.
• Manage strategic matchmaking using high‑touch communication (calls, texts, emails).
• Serve as primary contact for larger clients and key physician partners, ensuring trust, satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively identify and resolve complex relationship or operational issues before escalation.
• Operate in an evolving admin environment, manually fixing issues and using judgment to keep workflows moving.
• Collaborate with the Founder to translate feedback into product and process improvements.
• Build and refine scalable customer success processes and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, matches and account status using internal tools, CRMs and spreadsheets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare customer success, provider relations, or clinical operations.
• Or a clinical background (NP, PA, RN) with a strong desire to move into an operational role.
• Deep familiarity with U.S. healthcare workflows, including credentialing, malpractice, supervision and scope of practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to speak credibly with clinicians.
• Highly proactive, outgoing and comfortable picking up the phone to resolve issues.
