Customer Solution Center Consultant - Technical

About the role

This role resolves simple technical problems involving hardware and software for internal and external businesses and end users via telephone and electronic channels. It also contributes to the Knowledge Management System and proactively guides customers to prevent issues.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve hardware and software issues for internal and external users, providing guidance and solutions.
• Document case summaries and resolutions in the Knowledge Management System.
• Perform root cause analysis of outages and trends to deliver timely feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to meet SLA requirements and support priority projects.
• Represent the organization in customer visits, industry events, and vendor meetings.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 0‑2 years of experience in remote or telephone support, technical services, or a related field.
