Customer Service Supervisor

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of representatives in delivering exceptional service to our scientific community. You will oversee order management, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a customer‑centric experience that supports our global mission.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and develop a team of customer service representatives.
• Ensure effective order processing and timely issue resolution.
• Enhance customer dedication through proactive service improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to meet operational goals.

• Monitor performance metrics and drive operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Advanced degree plus 3 years experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years in customer service leadership (preferably shared services).
• Demonstrated people‑management and team‑development skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer‑centric mindset with focus on service excellence.
• Experience with process improvement, project management and KPI tracking.
• Commitment to compliance and quality standards.
